The Rotana chain of hotels currently operates 24 properties throughout the Middle East including Dubai, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Fujairah, Kuwait, Sudan and Sharm El Sheikh. The chain also operates luxury properties in popular tourist destinations in North Africa including Hurghada.
Towers Rotana Hotel is one of the Rotana chain's prized properties. It is situated in a prime location within Dubai on Sheikh Zayed road. The award winning Towers Rotana provides guests with the highest level of personalised service, luxury accommodation as well as internationally renowned cuisine.
In the last quarter of 2008 the hotel underwent renovations. Rotana asked Avant Communication to develop a gift box that would inform the clients about the situation and also apologise for any sound disturbance it could cause.
The Result
Avant Communication developed a gift box containing a soothing eye mask and an i-pod, so clients could sit back, relax and forget about the noise around them.
The management of Rotana loved the gift box so much, they decided to make it a standardised gift for VIP guests using any of the 24 Rotana hotels.
