Through special services they assist developers to achieve green status for their buildings as per MECSD and USGBC LEED Certification Guidelines.

Solar Technologies FZE is the largest solar manufacturing plant in the world.

The company designs and assembles solar thermal power plants, solar thermal airconditioning solutions and other large scale solar thermal solutions for medium and large projects. Solar Technologies developed the UAEs first R&D centre for designing and building solar power plants. The companys solar power plants use Concentrating Solar Power plant technology to produce electric power by converting the suns energy into high temperature heat.

Sobha has more than three decades of international experience in real estate development and construction.
